- The Limited Lifetime Brake Pad Warranty becomes active only after the first brake pad replacement is completed at our service center, using our supplied parts only.
- The Limited Lifetime Brake Pad Warranty covers brake pads only. Labour is not included.
- Brake pad warranty is valid only with an active Maintenance Membership.
- If the membership expires and the customer chooses not to renew, the brake pad warranty is automatically voided.
- Warranty applies only when all brake and maintenance services are performed at Dorval Service Centre.
- Brake pads under warranty will be installed only if the brake system is in proper working condition, including:
- Brake rotors
- Brake calipers
- Related braking components
- If any brake system components are found to be worn, damaged, or malfunctioning, the customer will be notified prior to warranty brake pad installation.
- If the customer declines recommended brake system repairs, the brake pad warranty will be voided.
- The brake pad warranty will be resumed only after the required brake system repairs are approved and completed at our service center.
- The warranty does not cover any brake system components other than brake pads.
